04 Base Platform Calf Raise

With your back fully on the pad, place one foot on the pad and the other on the squat stand. Make sure that the toe box is making contact with the edge of the squat stand to make room for your heel to drop during the calf raise. With one leg at a time, lower your bodyweight down until you feel a stretch in your calf muscles. Pause for a brief moment before getting back up. Ensure that your knees stay locked during the calf raise.
