03 Base Platform Leg Press

Stand sideways with your feet close together on the squat stand. Place one hand on your hip and the other over your head with your hand on your head. Carefully lower your body weight as far as your ability will allow. Ensure that your knees track forward to prevent your thigh from running into the pad. Drive hard with your quadricep muscles and stand back up.
